Mediation is personal training for the mind, a powerful tool of calmness, kindness and wellbeing.  Meditation helps us to live a healthy, balanced life to the fullest.  People have been meditating for thousands of years. While the practice isn’t new, science is just catching up to its benefits. 

At GITANO we believe there is a perfect balance of pure health and pure fun.  We have designed the GITANO MEDITATION GARDEN on the south side of the GITANO NYC restaurant including a 40' reflecting pool, waterfall, tipis and a rock sculpture labyrinth.
